Delivery and Returns Details
In the unlikely event of you needing to return part or all
of your order, please follow the following procedure:
Contact us first to discuss your problem
Penn Sports will not accept the return of any goods that are not
in the condition they were despatched in, or they have been worn,
unless they are proved to be defective.
Parcels must be returned on a recorded delivery service at the expense
of the customer to the following address:
Penn Sports Ltd, Unit 9, No 3 Knightswick Centre,
Canvey Island, Essex, SS8 7AD
If an exchange is required on non-defective goods, the item/s must
be returned to us within 14 days of purchase with original or copies
of till and credit card receipts enclosed.
On receipt of the non-defective goods, Penn Sports will inspect them
to ensure that they have not been worn, they include all swing tickets
and labels attached and are in the condition including the packaging
that they were originally despatched from us. Once we are satisfied
that everything is in order, we will process the exchange requested.
A 20% handling charge will be deducted from any refund/credit made
on non-defective goods.
Penn Sports reserve the right to refuse refund, credit or exchange
on any non-faulty goods. This does not effect your statutory rights.
All of our deliveries are made by Parcel Force or Royal Mail and must
be signed for on delivery at your address chosen at time of purchase.
All goods remain the property of Penn Sports Ltd until delivery has been signed for.
Penn Sports reserve the right to refuse any purchase.
